IHS Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The Gnosis by Lesaffre IHS 2025 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry . Employees of Gnosis by Lesaffre, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Gnosis by Lesaffre located at 7475 W Main St, Milwaukee, WI 53214.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Gnosis by Lesaffre as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on February 20, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST and ends on February 22, 2025 at 4:00 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by following Gnosis by Lesaffre on LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/gnosis-by-lesaffre/) and receive a numbered ticket at the Gnosis by Lesaffre Integrative Healthcare Symposium booth 1006. Limit 3 entries (1 per day) per person. Any attempt by an individual to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that individual’s entries and that individual may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.

Prize(s): The winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive gift card for redemption at https://ouraring.com/. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $350. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except by Gnosis by Lesaffre, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Gnosis by Lesaffre or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The Winner will be notified by ticket number announcement on LinkedIn event post within 7 business days following the random drawing. Winner must provide proof of winning ticket ownership via email to redeem their prize. Gnosis by Lesaffre shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes by the Winner is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys’ fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from redemption, acceptance, possession, ownership, misuse, or use of the prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity.

Gnosis by Lesaffre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the control.
